Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Dalva Studio, a brand of Jonh Comunicacao LTDA (Belo Horizonte – MG, Brazil), handles personal data in the games and apps it publishes ("Apps"), in line with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD), the GDPR where applicable, and Google Play and Apple App Store policies.

1. Data we collect

We do not ask for your name, email or an account to use the Apps, unless stated on the App's store page. We may process:

Device and usage data: device model, OS version, language, advertising identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID), in-app events and crash reports.
Data stored on your device: progress, settings and preferences, kept locally.
In-app purchases: processed by Google Play or the App Store. We never receive your card details, only a purchase confirmation.
Contact: if you email us, we use your address and message only to reply.

2. How we use it

To run the App and save your progress;
To fix bugs and improve the experience;
To show ads, when the App contains ads;
To process purchases and meet legal obligations.

3. Third-party services

Some Apps may use third-party services that collect data under their own policies:

Google Play Services and Google AdMob (ads) — policies.google.com/privacy
Google Firebase (analytics and crash reporting) — firebase.google.com/support/privacy
Unity (when the App is built with Unity) — unity.com/legal/privacy-policy

Each App's store page shows which of these services it uses.

4. Ads and your choices

You can reset or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings. On iOS, we ask your permission before tracking you across other companies' apps.

5. Children

Our Apps are not directed to children under 13 unless stated on the App's page. In those cases we follow Google Play's Families policy and do not show personalized ads. If you believe we collected a child's data by mistake, contact us and we will delete it.

6. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We only share data with the service providers listed above, or when required by law.

7. Retention and security

Data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above. Data processed by third parties may be stored outside Brazil, with the safeguards required by law.

8. Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion or information about your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing jonhcomunicacao.apps@gmail.com. You can also delete local data by uninstalling the App.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
